Busta Rhymes looks more like Busta head ... because Friday in New York the rapper face planted off the stage at a concert -- and the results were plasmatic. Rhymes made a surprise appearance in the wee hours of the morning at Webster Hall during another rapper's concert ... and fell into the crowd after he slipped while leaning into the pit.
